About PTF

PTF serving our families at the back to school “Welcome to the ROAR”.

The mission of TCS Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is to serve our teachers and students by engaging parents in volunteer service to our school community. PTF also focuses on helping grow our school community by hosting events that foster connections with students, parents, grandparents, and staff.

It our objective to accomplish this mission by focusing on the following:

  • Provide opportunities for families to fellowship together.

  • Encourage volunteerism and service to the TCS family and surrounding communities.

  • Provide hospitality for the TCS teachers and staff.

  • Communicate needs, events, and servant-leader opportunities.

PTF Events

You are a big part of what makes TCS so special and we welcome all families to join PTF. Throughout the school year, PTF serves our school community in various ways.

  • Welcome to the ROAR  - TCS back to school event on the main campus every August.

  • Room Parents and Grade Level Parents - Serve as connectors and assist our teachers and classes.

  • TCS Annual Fund - Support as ambassadors to help raise funds for TCS during our once a year event.

  • Lions Swap - Assist in collecting and sorting uniform and spirit wear swaps throughout the school year.

  • Amazon Smile/Publix/Kroger/Box Tops Rewards

  • Coffee & Connections - Join in a time of fellowship to meet other TCS parents.

  • Family Movie Nights - Host events for families to fellowship while watching a movie in our stadium.

  • Fall Family Festival - Assist in serving our school community at the Fall festival each October.

  • Christmas Blessing Fund - Assist in collecting gifts and blessing our staff at Christmas time.

  • Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Son date night - Serve the school during this fun event each February.

  • Fine Arts Showcase and Awards Nights - Support and serve our Arts department at various event throughout the year.

  • Lower and Upper School Exam Snacks  - Serve our students during testing time each Spring.

  • Teacher Appreciation Week  - Serve our teachers and staff each Spring through a variety of events the week of Teacher Appreciation.
