MS Spirit Wear Orders

Thank you to everyone that ordered a MS spirit wear shirt! As soon as the apparel arrives your order will be delivered to your child at school. 

House Website Updated

Check out the latest house news at We are excited about the new Houses this year, and we are thrilled to have elementary joining in with the competition too. Learn more about your child’s house and keep up with the point standings all year long through our website. 

History and Spanish Grade

Keep in mind that every middle school student will be taking Spanish one day per week as part of their history class. In your child’s History grade book you will see a separate grading category for Spanish that will be averaged in with the overall history grade. 

Bible and Habitudes Grade

Keep in mind that every middle school student will also be taking our new leadership class (called Habitudes)  one day per week as part of their Bible class. You WILL NOT see a separate grading category for Habitudes as the content will be assessed as part of the weekly Bible quiz or test. 

Snowbird Retreat Form

Don’t forget to have your child turn in THEIR FORM to their Advisement Teacher on Monday (first day of school) if they plan to attend the trip!

Summer Reading 

Don’t forget that all 6th, 7th and 8th-grade students need to complete their summer reading before school begins in August. Each student that completes their reading and brings their book on the first day of school will be entered into a $25 Amazon gift card drawing. Please contact your child’s English teacher for next year if you have any questions. 


Chick-fil-A Thursdays (8th Grade Only)

Every Thursday in August our 8th graders will have the opportunity to order a Chick-fil-a sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink (price still to be determined). Please mark your calendars and note this will be the only Hot Lunch option on Thursdays during the month of August. Students will need to bring the appropriate cash amount to order. 

Parents Chromebook Training

Parents are invited to attend a special training/Q:A session with me regarding your child’s Chromebook on Friday, August 16 at 8:15 am. If you have questions regarding how to help your child with their Chromebook, I’ll be happy to help guide you. A sign up will be sent during the middle of the first week of school to see who all is interested.

Vaping: What Parents Need to Know

Vaping is popular among adults and teens alike. Parents should be aware of the facts around what vaping is and the risk this growing trend poses on our youth.

In a 2018 University of Michigan study in conjunction with the National Institute on Drug Abuse, vaping among 8th, 10th and 12th grade students surpasses usage of nicotine and Marijuana.
